Can the cutting speed of the machine be adjusted?

Yes, the cutting speed of the machine can be adjusted. Our installation technicians usually fine-tune the machine during setup to achieve the most suitable cutting speed.

If you prefer a faster cutting speed, you can request the technician to adjust it accordingly, or you can make the adjustments yourself.

What is the footprint of the machine?

The footprint of the machine depends on the specific model and customer requirements.

Generally, the oscillating blade machine occupies around 20 square meters, while the revolving blade machine occupies around 40 square meters. The exact size will vary based on the specific machine model.

How long can one blade last?

The lifespan of a blade depends on factors such as the density and hardness of the foam or cutting material, the duration of machine operation, and the proficiency of the machine operator.

What types of foam can be cut?

Our machines can cut various types of foam, including EVA foam, rigid foam, glass wool, composite foam, recycled foam, EPE foam, slow rebound foam, high-density foam, corrugated cardboard, etc.

Sales Questions

How is the machine transported

After the machine is properly debugged, it will be packed into several pieces and stored in the warehouse.

Once the container is ready, it will be forklifted into the shipping container and securely fastened to prevent any movement or damage during transportation.

What are the payment terms?

Upon order confirmation, we require a 30% deposit to begin production.

The remaining 70% balance must be settled before shipment. Currently, we do not consider other payment methods.

How long does it take to deliver the machine?

For most machines, once the order is confirmed and we receive the 30% deposit, we can deliver within one month.

However, the delivery time may vary for custom machine models, depending on the specific requirements.

What type of motors and electrical components are used in the machine?

All our machines are equipped with motors and electrical components from well-known foreign brands.

In the event of any damage, it is convenient for customers to purchase replacements locally in their respective markets.

After -service Questions

Can you send after-sales person to install the machine? How is it charged?

Yes, we can send our after-sales person to install the machine.

The customer will be responsible for covering the round-trip ticket, accommodation expenses, and a daily installation fee of $100.

Do we need to prepare spare parts for the machine in advance?

It is advisable to prepare some spare parts in advance to avoid delays in production. It is particularly important to have an ample supply of cutting blades.

What should we do if our machine encounters a problem and requires maintenance?

We will establish a WeChat group where our after-sales personnel will be available.

If any issues arise with the machine, customers can post their questions in the group at any time. Our after-sales personnel will respond promptly to provide assistance.
