The RT-WB4 mattress tape edge machine uses a simple touch panel and foot pedals with clear logic. Most operators can master it within 1–2 days, and we provide remote training videos and manuals to help your team start production quickly.
With its lifting table and guides, the RT-WB4 mattress tape edge machine can handle mattress thicknesses of around 60–450 mm. Size changeover is done by simple adjustments, so one machine can cover most of your regular orders.
With one operator, the RT-WB4 mattress tape edge machine can reach about 15–18 mattresses per hour, several times higher than manual edging. At the same time it keeps the seams consistent, cutting both labor cost and rework loss.
